What sort of process do u use to create your patches?

Our patches are printed on the woven polyester fabric via dye sublimation heat transfer technology.
When heated to a high temperature, the sublimation ink turns into a gas, allowing it to enter into the open pores of the polyester fabric. Then the pores of the item cool and close up, trapping the ink (and image) inside the surface of the patch. The sublimated image will be smooth to the touch and is a permanent application. It will never crack, peel or fade.
Then we glue the polyester on the adhesive cotton substrate, cut them and finish edges with stitching. As a result you get your nice-looking, fully finished, ready to be sewed on your Gi patches. Enjoy!
